INDICATIONS

Fasciola hepatica or liverfluke, afflicts both sheep and cattle.
Triclabendazole eliminates immature flukes before dammaging cattle and sheep.
It kills early immature, immature and adult flukes.
In cattle the disease is mostly chronic and asymptomatic.
Limits reproduction and stunted growth, poor feed conversion and liver impairment.
When reaching and penetrating the liver, the early immature flukes migrate through the liver tissue causing acute fasciolosis. These flukes gradually grow and become immatures.  This stage cause sub- acute fasciolosis. After aproximately 8 weeks, the flukes eventually enter the bile ducts where they develop into adults.
These adults feed on blood and start laying eggs, causing chronic fasciolosis.
